Job summary

Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd in London is helping a PropTech startup hire two Senior Backend Engineers to build a green-field AI product from scratch. The role is London-based with a Hybrid schedule and weekly office attendance.

You will own and develop core applications powering CRM and finance services for internal and external users. You’ll work in small teams (3-4 engineers), hands-on from day one, shipping fast with agentic AI workflows and a culture of "you build it, you run it".

Qualifications

• Fast-growth startup / scale-up experience.
• Strong, current production Python with FastAPI.
• Genuine, current use of agentic development workflows.
• Ownership of quality and a "you build it, you run it" culture.
