You should have significant experience in Dynamics 365 environments and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a senior or lead role.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 modules like Customer Insights, Sales Hub, and Customer Service.
• Experience with custom integrations into D365.
