Constant Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Lead Business Analyst to drive discovery and requirements for a Microsoft 365 transformation. You will engage with business users, map current processes and identify dependencies ahead of migration.

You will mentor a junior analyst, coordinate with project managers, architects and engineers, and ensure clear acceptance criteria and traceability throughout the migration programme, with remote UK-only deployment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technology change or systems implementation projects.
Experience delivering analysis for Microsoft 365 or modern workplace projects.
Experience leading discovery activities on large workstreams.
Ability to map current business processes and identify dependencies.

Responsabilités

Lead business discovery and requirements gathering for Microsoft technology change and migration projects.
Plan and facilitate interviews and workshops with business users and technical specialists.
Map current processes and information flows and identify dependencies.
Produce clear requirements documents, process maps, and gap analyses.
Maintain traceability between needs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Guide the Business Analyst and review outputs for accuracy and completeness.
Support test planning, UAT and business validation.
