Learn Fast **Job Description:**Following the rapidly continued growth of our customer base, Darktrace are looking to add to our post-sales team of Cyber Security Infrastructure Engineers. As a Senior Cyber Security Infrastructure Engineer in the Professional Services organisation, you will ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards providing our clients with industry-leading, AI-powered, cyber security protection. This crucial, fast paced role involves discussing, proposing, and implementing robust solution architectures for complex deployments across all coverage areas. You will be assisting customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments as well as leading and becoming a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning. **What will I be doing:** You will be regularly completing deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and integrating new systems into existing network architecture. On the support side, you'll efficiently manage customer support tickets to assist with technical issues and proactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment. In this position you'll be maintaining and enhancing communication between all go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations. At times you will also be providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. **What experience do I need:** We welcome applications from experienced technical candidates with demonstrated experience in implementing cyber defense tools and protecting networks against security threats. You'll also hold the strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including mentorship of other technical resources). On a technical level, you'll ideally have the following experience:* A technical educational background and experience working in a similar post-sales role,* Advanced knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cyber security principles, and the OSI reference model,* A broad understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices,* Proficiency in OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model,* Advanced level knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks.* Fluency in an additional European language is desirable but not essential.Additionally, it would be helpful if you had experience in implementing Darktrace sensors and software modules into various environments (including cloud, email, and OT) as well as experience with Darktrace deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning (custom routes, firewall integrations, email) but this is not a requirement for the role.As a growing business strengthening its governance and controls, this role plays a part in supporting high standards of integrity and accountability. *Darktrace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
