Job summary

Sovendus is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (UK) to manage a portfolio of UK-based e-commerce partners, onboard and renew accounts, and drive expansion opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, UX, and IT, ensuring retention and high satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset. Remote work options are available for candidates based in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, SaaS, or related online business.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience working with performance metrics and reporting tools.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and capable of managing customer relationships independently.
• Fluent English and strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of UK-based e-commerce partners, supporting onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as their trusted advisor.
• Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership success.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support commercial growth.
• Conduct business reviews, analyze performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, UX, and IT teams to deliver optimal customer outcomes.
