Job summary

Grey Matter Recruitment seeks a Senior Customer Success Lead to own a portfolio of strategic UK and EMEA accounts in a high-autonomy AdTech environment. You will drive retention, renewals and revenue growth while building trusted relationships with advertisers and agency partners.

Role involves collaborating with internal campaign and analytics teams to deliver strategic recommendations and maximize platform value. Remote or hybrid working is available to suit the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience within mobile AdTech and customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of mobile DSPs and programmatic advertising.
• Proven enterprise client growth experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• European language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise mobile advertising clients.
• Drive customer retention, renewals and account growth.
• Build trusted relationships with advertisers and agency partners.
• Deliver business reviews and strategic performance recommendations.
• Work closely with internal campaign and analytics teams to support client success.
• Identify upsell opportunities and help clients maximise platform value.
