Job summary

Spendesk is recruiting a Customer Success Manager to partner with UK customers. You’ll own a portfolio of approximately 120 to 150 UK mid‑market customers, guiding onboarding, adoption and renewal while advising on best practices to maximise value from Spendesk.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Product, Marketing and Support to ensure an outstanding customer experience and to elevate Spendesk’s voice in the UK market.

Qualifications

• Must have working proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar roles.
• Consultative approach to advising customers.
• Strong ownership and autonomy in managing a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with UK mid-market customers and key decision-makers.
• Guide onboarding, measure usage and drive long-term adoption and ROI.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal discussions.
• Share customer feedback with Product, Marketing and Sales to influence roadmap.
