Job summary

Brakes Ewloe Contact Centre is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience, handling calls that drive sales, and supporting the team with coaching and development in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is £28,950 with rewards and recognition. The position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 07:30 and 18:00 and weekends on a rota basis, located at Ewloe.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments.
• Ability to handle and diffuse irate customers.
• Comfort with KPI-driven targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts.
• Ensure all issues are dealt with according to KPI.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with fast, up-to-date resolutions.
• Support Team Managers with coaching and development.
• Act as a hands-on SME and deputise for a Team Manager when needed.
• Document queries/complaints using appropriate systems.
