Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in customer master data governance, data quality management, or related roles.
• Proven experience with data governance frameworks, data lifecycle management, and data quality improvements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Master Data.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and data owners.

Responsibilities

• Own the governance framework for Customer master data across the organisation.
• Define accountability for Customer data assets and data access controls.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality and governance processes.
• Partner with data owners and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate data availability.
• Deliver training and education to promote a data-driven culture.
