Rolls-Royce is seeking a Global SAP FICO Manager to lead the Finance SAP landscape, govern master data and ensure accurate financial close and reporting. The role combines strategic governance with hands‑on delivery across entities and service centres.

You will drive data integrity, support audits, and lead cross‑functional SAP finance design for transformation programs within Rolls‑Royce's Global Business Services network in the UK. Strong accounting control experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP FI/CO in a governance role.
• Hands-on management of core finance master data and financial hierarchies.
• Experience driving data integrity, controls and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the global SAP Finance SME for FI/CO processes, data, and controls.
• Own core Finance master data, including CoA, cost/c profit centres, and hierarchies.
• Manage month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting readiness.
