Job summary

Mars in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial Activation Lead to translate customer needs into compelling activation proposals. You will own the UK & IRL activation plan, align delivery, and manage budgets, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Supply to land initiatives.

You will build external tool kits and selling materials, manage third-party agencies, and drive shopper engagement across in-store and online channels, delivering measurable value to retailers.

Qualifications

• Commercial/sales/marketing experience required.
• Proven ability to influence customers of all sizes.
• Experience leading cross-country teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Represent the customer's needs internally and build them into activation proposals.
• Own UK & IRL activation plan: alignment, delivery & execution.
• Own UK TRC budget for assigned accounts, from allocation to stewardship.
• Define/design/deliver internal deployment content and external tool kits for selling.
• Manage 3rd party agency relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply to execute initiatives.
• Execute the Activity Plan to engage shoppers in-store and online.
• Evaluate executions with learnings and recommendations for future applications.
• Champion value creation within customer marketing.
