GoCertify Ltd is hiring a Senior CSM / Account Manager to own a portfolio of high-value brand accounts, drive retention and revenue growth. This fully remote role is UK-based with monthly London meetups and a strong focus on commercial outcomes.

You will work closely with Head of Client Success, run structured account plans, conduct QBRs, and identify expansion opportunities across the book. The role blends client success with strategic sales to grow the business.

Formación

• Established experience in commercially accountable Client Success or Account Management.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, or ecommerce/partnerships is preferred.
• Proven track record of hitting a commercial target year over year.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of brand accounts, driving retention, adoption and revenue growth.
• Lead structured account plans, run commercial client conversations and QBRs.
• Identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across accounts.
• Manage renewals and reduce churn with data-informed strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Partnerships to improve value delivered.
