Job summary

Deskpro is seeking a Commercial, customer‑focused Customer Success Manager to own a high‑volume UK & EMEA portfolio. This UK remote role includes travel to the Wimbledon office and client meetings across the region.

You will act as a trusted advisor, drive renewal and expansion, run QBRs, and collaborate with Product, Support, Solutions and Marketing to maximise value. You will influence coverage and processes as Deskpro scales.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a B2B SaaS Customer Success Manager or Account Management role.
• Experience owning a high-volume book of business with renewal/upsell targets.
• Ability to engage with technical decision-makers and translate product value into business outcomes.
• Self-directed with strong prioritisation and remote-work capability.

Responsibilities

• Own a high-volume UK & EMEA portfolio across different segments.
• Build and close expansion pipeline (upsell and cross-sell).
• Deliver against retention targets and expansion quotas.
• Run Success Plans aligned to customer goals and account tier.
• Lead QBRs and value reviews for larger accounts and lighter-touch cadences for scaled accounts.
• Own renewals and mitigate risk in collaboration with leadership.
