Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in the UK is seeking a Project Director - CSA to lead delivery of a flagship CSA project, from planning and procurement through construction to handover. You will manage civil, structural and architectural teams and work closely with the client and supply chain on a major UK/Europe project portfolio.

The role requires extensive senior leadership, strong commercial and contractual awareness, and the ability to make fast, informed decisions in a fast-moving site

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering major CSA packages for a main contractor.
• Senior leadership experience in project delivery.
• Strong commercial, contractual and programme awareness.
• Experience working on site-based projects in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Taking overall responsibility for successful delivery of major CSA packages.
• Leading construction teams across civil, structural and architectural disciplines.
• Managing Senior Project Managers, Construction Managers and engineering teams.
• Owning programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and delivery.
• Driving pre-construction, procurement through construction and handover.
• Managing major subcontractors and ensuring performance against programme.
• Building client and stakeholder relationships and reporting to senior leadership.
• Identifying risks early and making fast, commercial decisions.
