Job summary

Jones Engineering seeks an experienced CSA Construction Manager to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural delivery on a major Data Centre project in London. You will own the CSA scope from construction through completion, snagging and handover, coordinating with MEP/commissioning teams and managing multiple subcontractors.

The role requires strong programme, quality control and safety leadership, with a focus on raised access floors, firestopping, BWO coordination and area-by-area completion

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a CSA Construction Manager, Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager.
• Delivery of Data Centre or mission-critical projects with strong CSA knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day CSA delivery.
• Coordinate CSA subcontractors, supervisors, engineers and specialists.
• Develop and maintain CSA look-ahead programmes and area completion plans.
• Ensure CSA works are delivered to programme, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with MEP / commissioning interfaces and BIM coordination.
• Drive snagging, area close-out and commissioning readiness.
