Job summary

People Group Limited is seeking an experienced Senior CSA Project Manager to join a major new build data centre project in North-West London. You will oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural elements, coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to the highest standards.

The role requires strong experience with CSA packages on large-scale projects, plus a solid understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages across the project.
• Manage subcontractors and specialist contractors, ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification.
• Coordinate closely with MEP and other multidisciplinary teams to manage project interfaces.
• Oversee structural steel, concrete, façade and architectural works through to completion.
• Manage project budgets, programme, risk and quality across allocated packages.
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety legislation, regulations and project standards.
• Work closely with the client, design team, engineers and project stakeholders to resolve technical and delivery issues.
• Monitor progress and provide reporting on programme, cost, quality and risks.
• Drive a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

My client is seekingan experiencedSenior CSA Project Managerto join a major new build data centre project in North-West London.

The successful Senior CSA Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of theCivil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) elementsof a complex, high-specification data centre development. You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of CSA packages from early construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and wider project team, managing interfaces between the CSA, MEP and IT elements of the development.

Senior CSA Project Manager responsibilities include:

To be considered for this Senior CSA Project Manager position, you will have:

• Strong background indata centre, mission-critical or similarly complex construction projects.
• Proven experience managing CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge ofcivil, structural and architectural construction.
• Experience working within data centres, mission-critical, industrial or other high-specification environments.
• A strong understanding of subcontractor management, programme, quality and commercial controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple interfaces and operate effectively within a fast-paced project environment.This Senior CSA Project Manager role is being offered on an initial temp-to-perm basis with negotiable initial day rate, and later salary approximately £95k-£100k + Package.
