Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd invites applications for a Project Director - CSA based in Oxford, leading major CSA packages on a flagship project with full ownership from planning to handover. You will oversee civil, structural and architectural teams and drive programme, cost and quality targets on a fast-moving contract.

The role requires senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, direct client interaction and a demonstrable track record of delivering technically

Qualifications

• The successful Project Director - CSA will need: Experience delivering major CSA packages for a main contractor.
• Project Director, Construction Director or senior project leadership experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale, technically complex construction projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual and programme awareness.
• Experience dealing directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to take full ownership and make decisions in a fast-moving project environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing successful project teams.

Responsibilities

• Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major CSA packages.
• Leading construction teams across civil, structural and architectural disciplines.
• Managing Senior Project Managers, Construction Managers, Package Managers and engineering teams.
• Taking ownership of programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and project delivery.
• Driving the project from pre-construction and procurement through construction, completion and handover.
• Managing major subcontractors and ensuring performance against programme and contractual requirements.
• Working closely with MEP, design, commercial, planning and commissioning leadership.
• Building strong relationships with the client, consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Identifying project risks early and making fast, commercially focused decisions.
• Reporting directly into senior business leadership on project performance.
• Developing the project team and identifying future leaders within the business.
• Supporting future project mobilisation as the company's UK and European pipeline continues to grow.
