Job summary

Pion is hiring a Senior CRM Manager (Technical) to design and optimize multi-step customer journeys within Iterable. You will manage data feeds, events, API integrations, and ensure journeys align with onboarding, activation, retention and win-back goals.

You will collaborate with data/analytics to measure performance, and drive scalable solutions using templating and dynamic content while staying close to the roadmap and new Martech features.

Qualifications

• Experience building in Iterable or comparable platform at a technical level.
• Comfort with liquid/handlebars templating, JSON data structures, event triggers, API thinking.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain complex multi-step journeys in Iterable.
• Own the technical relationship with the CRM platform: data feeds, events, API/webhook integrations, templates.
• Translate business goals into technical builds without losing strategy.
• Partner with data/analytics to instrument journeys for measurement and attribution.
• Identify opportunities to scale execution (templating, dynamic blocks, catalogue-based builds).
• Support QA and act as technical backstop/escalation point.
• Stay aligned with platform roadmap and new Martech features.
