Profiles Creative is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to own the retention engine and craft lifecycle journeys from the ground up. • 4–6 years CRM/lifecycle marketing experience in retail or e‑commerce.
• Proven proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms; Klaviyo is a plus.
• Experience building, testing, and scaling automated lifecycle journeys.
• Strong segmentation skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Architect the CRM and retention strategy across digital and retail channels.
• Build, optimise, and monitor end-to-end automated lifecycle flows.
• Direct the email marketing calendar, plan campaigns, and run A/B tests.
• Develop dynamic customer segmentation models for personalisation.
• Conceptualise, launch, and manage a bespoke loyalty programme.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, retail, and marketing teams.
• Hire your own Exec to help with campaign execution.
