They are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their team, reporting to the Head of CRM, to lead customer initiatives during this pivotal growth phase. It is essential that the candidate be a hands-on technical Klaviyo expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

The role involves managing customer communications across email, SMS, and push notifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning the customer database via Klaviyo
• Implementing a test-and-learn approach to CRM to strengthen customer relationships
• Enhancing the customer journey through targeted campaigns and continuous optimization
• Segmenting customers effectively using data and insights for personalized communication
• Analyzing CRM performance and reporting results to the Head of CRM and broader team
• Analyzing customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns continuously
• Collaborating with marketing, data, and tech teams to build a best-in-class customer experience
