Hybrid role with both office and home-working
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital team as Senior CRM Manager.
This role is responsible for the full end-to-end CRM strategy across all of our brands - Center Parcs (CP), Aqua Sana Spa (AS), and Corporate Events (B2B) – along with the Leisure and Food, Beverage & Retail (FB& R) divisions for both the UK and Ireland.
Key responsibilities include planning, data selections, workflows, copy, creative, onward journeys, functioning and appropriate links, pre-deployment testing, analysis, performance, test and learn, database health management, and Email/SMS/Push system management.
Additional duties involve maximizing commercial marketing efforts to meet revenue and booking targets, collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining budget control, and understanding all available channels and tools involved.
The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills to drive commercial decisions, excellent communication and organizational skills, and significant people management experience.
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Flexible working arrangements are available, with start times as early as 7 am and finish times as late as 7 pm.
