Job summary

The Candidate Recruitment Agency is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave within its marketing team in Manchester. You will lead CRM campaigns across email, SMS and other channels, leveraging data to drive engagement and commercial results.

Key responsibilities include planning campaigns to tight deadlines, analysing performance, managing segmentation, and collaborating with creative teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, lifecycle or customer marketing.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Confident working with large datasets and Excel.
• Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of segmentation and campaign optimisation.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic HTML knowledge is a bonus.
• People management or mentoring experience is desirable.
