Job summary

Forward Role is partnering with a B2B business in Greater Manchester to recruit a Senior CRM Manager who will lead a major transformation of its CRM and campaign marketing function. The role centers on owning CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing and multi-channel campaigns, with strong emphasis on HubSpot automation and segmentation.

You will build proactive campaigns across acquisition, retention, cross-sell and reactivation, while driving supplier and partner campaigns to fuel growth and leading
