ARNE is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to develop and implement CRM strategies that boost customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value across ARNE UK & International. You will lead end-to-end campaigns using Email, SMS and App, with a data-driven approach and regular performance reporting.

You will collaborate with Brand and Marketing, build robust testing plans, expand segmentation, manage reactivation initiatives, and work with our in-house data team to tailor campaigns while ensuring
