Job summary

HeliosX Group is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead end-to-end CRM strategy across US & Canada markets, shaping multi-channel campaigns and segmentation to maximise customer lifetime value. You'll collaborate with Product, Creative, Brand, Clinical and Analytics teams, implement new processes, and report on performance.

Excellent English, BI skills and experience with ESPs (Braze desirable) are essential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end CRM lifecycle strategy and execution
• Experience building campaigns via an ESP (Braze preferred)
• Strong data interpretation and stakeholder influence required

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM strategy across key markets (US & Canada)
• Collaborate with Product, Creative, Brand, Clinical and Analytics teams
• Implement processes to improve engagement, efficacy and efficiency
• Drive campaigns to maximise customer lifetime value
• Maintain transactional communications and reporting
• Leverage data and segmentation to identify opportunities
• Work with Analytics and Engineering to access data for campaigns
• Continuously test and optimise campaigns
• Produce regular performance reports
• Own NPS, surveys and reviews strategy
• Keep up with CRM best practices and share learnings
