Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior CRM Executive in Greater London. You will own the design, execution, and optimization of multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys, collaborating with Marketing, Product and Engineering to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in Looker/Tableau/SQL and Braze, plus Liquid personalization, is essential. You will identify opportunities to automate and improve processes, reduce manual tasks, and use data to measure and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CRM campaigns and customer journeys across multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of campaign automation and journey orchestration.
• Experience with Looker/Tableau/SQL for monitoring performance.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or similar, including Liquid logic for personalization.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain multi-channel automated journeys with real-time data.
• Identify bottlenecks and support AI-assisted workflows.
• Use Braze to optimize journeys and improve delivery speed and accuracy.
• Provide hands-on campaign support and ensure QA processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Engineering to streamline search to rebooking.
• Monitor campaign performance using Looker and surface insights.
