Job summary

Forward Role are partnering with a fast-growing fashion brand to recruit a CRM Specialist in Liverpool. This hands-on role covers CRM across email, SMS, app push and loyalty, delivering journeys and performance analysis.

You will manage end-to-end campaigns, optimise segments, and support loyalty initiatives across UK and international markets. Deep experience in retention or email marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM/retention or email marketing experience.
• Experience building campaigns, journeys, segmentation and personalised communications.
• Klaviyo experience desirable; SMS, app push or loyalty experience a bonus.
• Confident analysing performance data to drive commercial improvements.

Responsibilities

The role:

Reporting to the CRM Lead, you will help deliver the CRM and retention strategy across email, SMS, app push and loyalty. This is a hands-on role combining campaign delivery, customer journey optimisation and performance analysis.
