Forward Role partners with a leading fashion brand to recruit a CRM Specialist for a 100% office-based role in Liverpool. You will own end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS and app push, delivering retention initiatives and loyalty strategies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in CRM, retention or email marketing.

The role:

Reporting to the CRM Lead, you will help deliver the CRM and retention strategy across email, SMS, app push and loyalty. This is a hands‑on role combining campaign delivery, customer journey optimisation and performance analysis.
