Job summary

Mitie Group plc is seeking a Crime and Intelligence Manager in Northampton to lead and develop the Crime & Intelligence team, delivering high-quality analysis that supports the workload of the analytical team and sets best practice standards.

You will mentor analysts, drive intelligence-led deployment of security resources, and collaborate with the Security Operations Lead and SOC Lead to ensure consistent processes across service provisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of crime analytics teams.
• Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and bespoke software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Crime & Intelligence team daily.
• Produce Crime & Intelligence Analysis to support the analytical workload.
• Mentor and develop Crime Analysts to national standards.
• Lead on local and national crime partnership assessment and relationship management.
• Improve analytical processes for efficiency and quality.
• Promote intelligence-led deployment of security resources.
• Collaborate with Security Operations Lead and SOC Lead for consistent processes.
• Drive team performance and attendance including 1:1s and PDRs.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and high standards across activities.
• Identify and develop intelligence sources with public and law enforcement agencies.
• Deliver value for the client through partnerships and efficient resource deployment.
