Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Crime and Intelligence Manager to lead the client’s Crime & Intelligence team and deliver analysis to support the analytical workload. You will mentor analysts, oversee partnerships and drive process improvements for high standards and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering customer-focused results.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate leadership skills and experience and possess a proven track record for building and managing teams of crime analysts.
• Excellent report-writing and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office and bespoke software programs.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Day to day supervision of the client's Crime & Intelligence team.
• Produce Crime & Intelligence Analysis to support the workload of the analytical team.
• Mentor, train and develop the Crime Analysts to meet national standards.
• Lead on local and national crime partnership assessment and relationship management.
• Develop and improve analytical processes and procedures for high standards and efficiency.
• Promote intelligence-led deployment of security resources and opportunities.
