Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a security professional to protect client properties and assets, delivering services in accordance with AI instructions and regulatory requirements.

You will work to meet KPI and SLA targets, maintain accurate incident records, and participate in ongoing training to support self-development and license compliance across front-line security roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in security services and on-site protection.
• Must hold an SIA license; front-line licence renewal before expiry.
• SC clearance desirable where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Protect client property, people and assets on-site in line with AI's and regulatory requirements.
• Meet or exceed KPI/SLA targets through accountable service delivery.
• Complete required competency training and participate in ongoing development.
• Maintain incident records accurately and promptly for reporting.
