Job summary

AirTanker Ltd in Brize Norton is seeking a senior Crew Training and Establishment Manager to lead the training planning function, oversee training records and drive establishment planning aligned with regulatory and contractual standards. You will collaborate with Flight Operations, Cabin Services and RAF stakeholders to ensure a capable crew program.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
• Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of crewing systems and data-led decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of CAA Training Regulations, Flight Time Limitations and Fatigue Risk Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence at senior levels.
• High standard of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Crew Training function, including resource planning and performance.
• Oversee development and continuous improvement of training plans, ground school delivery and training records.
• Support long-term crew establishment planning with Flight Operations and Cabin Services.
• Lead development and delivery of the annual IATP with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance, standards and validation activities with audits and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with AirTanker, the RAF and external training suppliers.
• Oversee the Crew Training Error Log process and root-cause analysis.
