Job summary

AirTanker Ltd in Brize Norton is seeking a Planning Assistant to join the Fleet Engineering team and support scheduled aircraft maintenance. You will produce maintenance work packages, manage documentation and help keep activities on track alongside Base Production Planners.

You will work with Part 145 data, ensure records are accurate, and use maintenance IT systems. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and a benefits package including private medical

Qualifications

• Experience with CAA/EASA Part 145 Production Planning.
• Experience using industry data systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Technical Records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Produce scheduled maintenance work packages and related documentation.
• Support work order control for aircraft maintenance checks.
• Maintain accurate records of work cards issued and returned.
• Ensure maintenance work pack documentation is complete and certified as required.
• Support third-party supplier activity in line with maintenance requirements.
• Produce daily status reports and KPIs for scheduled maintenance inputs.
• Maintain security and accuracy of documentation and data under your control.
• Work with AirTanker's maintenance IT systems.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental requirements.

Description

We're looking for a Planning Assistant to join our Fleet Engineering team and support the delivery of scheduled aircraft maintenance. Working alongside our Base Production Planners, you'll help prepare maintenance work packages, manage key documentation and keep maintenance activity organised and on track.

• Supporting work order control for aircraft undergoing maintenance checks.
• Maintaining accurate records of work cards issued and returned.
• Ensuring maintenance work pack documentation is complete, accounted for and appropriately certified where required.
• Supporting third-party supplier activity in line with maintenance requirements.
• Producing daily status reports and KPIs for scheduled maintenance inputs.
