CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Credit Controller in Portsmouth to strengthen the finance team within an established business operating in international markets. You will manage credit control, support cash flow, build strong client relationships, drive process improvements, and contribute to more accurate financial reporting across the organisation.

Formación

• Significant experience in credit control, debt collection and customer account management.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous handling of financial data.
• Confident communicator capable of handling sensitive conversations professionally.
• Proactive team player with a drive to improve processes and support team success.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer accounts and maintain high accuracy in credit management and collections.
• Develop relationships with key clients to ensure timely payments and resolve queries.
• Oversee receivable ledger processes, including cash allocation and reconciliation.
• Conduct credit assessments and support credit insurance renewals.
• Collaborate across teams to refine credit control processes for efficiency.
