Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is assisting a reputable financial services company in Portsmouth to recruit a Credit Control specialist for an initial 3‑month contract. You will manage customer credit accounts, chase payments and help maintain healthy cash flow.

You will engage with customers across channels, collaborate with sales and finance to optimise collections, and support vulnerable customers with compliant approaches. Training and flexible working arrangements are provided.
