Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking an experienced project and operations professional to drive seamless delivery from concept to completion in a fast-paced UK environment. You will combine a technical mindset with a creative eye, owning complex projects and improving operational systems with clear governance and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects and programmes from scoping through to delivery, owning outcomes.
• Build relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent delivery.
• Operate with autonomy, making informed decisions and solving challenges.
• Champion best-practice project management and help develop processes and ways of working.
• Balance creative ambition with commercial reality, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, statements of work, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks and manage scope changes while preserving quality and timelines.
• Intervene early to keep projects on track and ensure right-first-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and spend to align with forecasts and targets.
• Support successful client outcomes across multiple business areas.
