Inspired Thinking Group invites an experienced project and operations professional to drive end-to-end delivery across a fast-paced environment in the UK. You’ll blend a technical mindset with a creative eye to manage complex projects while optimizing operations for high-quality outcomes.

With five years’ experience, you’ll own projects from concept through delivery, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving governance, reporting and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in project and operations management.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and drive them to successful completion.
• Strong process-driven mindset with governance and reporting for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and programmes from scoping to successful delivery, taking full ownership of outcomes.
• Build relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent delivery.
• Operate with autonomy, making informed decisions and solving challenges.
• Champion best-practice project management and help develop processes and ways of working.
• Balance creative ambition with commercial reality to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, statements of work, timelines, budgets, resources and communications.
• Identify and mitigate risks and manage scope changes while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Intervene early to keep projects on track and ensure right-first-time delivery for clients.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets and spend to stay aligned with forecasts and targets.
