Inspired Thinking Group invites an experienced project and operations professional to drive end-to-end delivery across a fast-paced environment in the UK. You’ll blend a technical mindset with a creative eye to manage complex projects while optimizing operations for high-quality outcomes.
With five years’ experience, you’ll own projects from concept through delivery, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving governance, reporting and continuous improvement across the business.
We're looking for an experienced project and operations professional who understands how work moves seamlessly from concept through to delivery across a fast-paced business environment. You'll bring both a technical mindset and a creative eye, enabling you to effectively manage complex projects while balancing operational efficiency with high-quality outcomes.
With at least five years' experience, you'll be confident working with stakeholders at every level, taking full ownership of projects and driving them through to successful completion. You'll be highly process-driven, with the ability to develop, implement and continuously improve operational systems that provide clear visibility, robust governance and accurate reporting for senior stakeholders.
As a proactive problem solver, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You'll enjoy getting involved across multiple areas of the business while championing best-in-class project management standards and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, effectively and to a high standard.
