Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex digital creative campaigns, in-house or agency.
• Experience leading senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proactive, flexible, and capable of adapting to evolving business priorities.
• Strong time management and attention to detail with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex high-value creative projects from concept to delivery.
• Create project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets as needed.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to junior PMs.
• Maintain governance, processes, and documentation for projects.
• Mentor teammates and drive continuous improvement across the team.
