Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy, development, and optimisation of customer-facing digital experiences across the app and web. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Brand, Operations, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role focuses on immersive, personalised shopping experiences and balancing customer needs with commercial impact, driving experimentation and continuous improvement across ASOS.com and the ASOS

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a customer‑facing digital environment.
• Track record of delivering impactful digital products and features.
• Experience building and scaling customer-facing products across web and mobile, including apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customer Experience products and experiences.
• Create engaging customer experiences that increase conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Identify opportunities through customer research, behavioural analytics, feedback, and data-driven insights.
• Partner with Brand, Operations, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Commercial to prioritise initiatives that improve outcomes.
• Lead development of personalised journeys, communications, content experiences, loyalty initiatives, and omnichannel experiences.
• Foster a culture of experimentation with A/B testing and analytics.
