Ignite is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to drive performance-focused, direct response campaigns for a fast-growing D2C brand. You will craft high-impact paid social content across Meta platforms and contribute bold, out-of-the-box ideas to scale campaigns in a hybrid London setting.

The role requires 5+ years in performance creative, strong Meta ads expertise, and a proactive, ambitious attitude to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in performance creative / direct response advertising.
• Experience with fast-growth D2C E-commerce (in-house or agency).
• Experience with Meta ads is critical for this role.
• Ability to produce high-quality shareable paid social content.
• Strong outside-the-box thinking for direct response/performance marketing.
• Excellent attitude: driven, fun, sociable and ambitious.
