Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a senior CPU verification engineer to validate CPU and SoC micro-architectures. Onsite 5 days a week, you will work with chip architects to ensure launch-ready verification.

You will develop verification plans, environments, and testbenches, lead a small team, and drive regressions while reporting DV progress with metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Science/Engineering or related field with ASIC verification/validation experience.
• Proven ability to lead a small verification team and deliver launch-ready DV environments.
• Experience with CPU/SOC verification, test plans, and portable testbenches.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CPU/SoC architects to understand requirements.
• Develop verification plans and testbenches for functional domains.
• Create scalable verification environments with stimuli, checkers, assertions, and coverage.
• Execute plans, bring up DV environments, run regressions, and debug failures.
• Track progress using Bugs and Coverage metrics.
