This role will shape the AI Governance and Privacy program, ensuring compliance with emerging AI, cyber, and data protection laws. This position requires collaboration across functions to implement legal requirements for AI-powered Cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

• Law degree required, Bar membership preferred.
• Expertise in data protection legal frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) is essential.
• Understanding of Generative AI and AI laws needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Cybersecurity solutions for compliance with AI laws.
• Develop contract structures addressing privacy and AI governance.
• Educate teams on privacy and cybersecurity compliance.
