Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our UK Infrastructure Cost Assurance team. You will lead assurance activities, scrutinise incurred costs and drive cost efficiency across major programmes with a diverse project team.

You will review contracts, guide junior colleagues, contribute to bids, and help develop service lines while ensuring high standards of independence and integrity across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Member or working towards MRICS/ACA/ACCA/CIMA would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review construction contractor systems, controls and processes to assess best practice.
• Analyse complex contracts (NEC3/4/ICE Bespoke).
• Test data using visualisation and trend analysis – Power BI/Tableau.
• Produce concise written findings with clear recommendations.
• Review outputs for clients and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Engage the supply chain to promote assurance across programmes.
