Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Cost Managers for our UK Infrastructure unit in the Southwest. You will support highways, utilities, rail and transportation projects by delivering robust cost management, contract administration and value engineering across multiple clients.

You will build strong client relationships, monitor budgets, forecast costs, and lead contract changes to ensure projects stay within governance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with NEC3, Option A,C & E is preferred.
• Solid understanding of cost management and change control.
• Knowledge of procurement routes and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams.
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting.
• Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables and KPIs.
• Lead contract changes and ensure governance and best practices are followed.
• Drive forecast accuracy and budget improvements.
• Negotiate final accounts and support all stakeholders.
