Turner & Townsend Plc. is excited to welcome a Senior Cost Manager to our UK Real Estate team. This role involves managing projects ranging from £10-£50m, from feasibility through to post-contract delivery, ensuring successful financial reporting and client interaction.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in construction methods, various contract types, and hold a relevant degree or qualification, ideally RICS. This role is pivotal in our digital transformation efforts within cost management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering high quality cost management services.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from feasibility to post-contract delivery.
• Perform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and valuations.

Skills

Knowledge of construction methods and procurement routes

Understanding of various forms of contract (JCT/NEC)

Measurement and cost planning expertise including NRM

Negotiation and communication skills

Team oriented

Education

Degree or HNC level qualification

Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
