An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager to join our expanding Newcastle office, supporting clients in the Real Estate sector across the Northeast, working on various projects including Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier, and Residential sectors.

This role is suitable for someone with a proven delivery track record and aspirations to progress their career.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Inquisitive with strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrable cost management experience in a consultancy
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
