An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager to join our expanding Newcastle office, supporting clients in the Real Estate sector across the Northeast. The role involves working on various projects in sectors including Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential.

This position is suitable for someone with a proven track record in delivery and a desire to advance their career.

• Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards) preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in cost management within a consultancy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
