The successful candidate will support clients in delivering projects and programmes within the Real Estate sector across the Northeast, including sectors such as Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in delivery and a desire to advance their career.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified; MRICS qualification (or working towards) is preferable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrable cost management experience in a consultancy environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
