Turner & Townsend is inviting applications for Cost Managers to support major water and infrastructure programmes in the UK. You will deliver cost planning, forecasting and commercial reporting across lifecycle stages, while working with clients, contractors and partners to optimise value.

Qualifications

• Experience in water, utilities or environmental sectors.
• Experience delivering cost management services across project lifecycles.
• Strong cost planning, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience with procurement, tendering and contract administration.
• Experience managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Provide cost and commercial management across a portfolio of water and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain cost plans, estimates, budgets and cost reports.
• Support procurement activities, tender documentation and negotiations.
• Manage valuations, variations, interim payments and final accounts.
• Advise on cost control, value management and KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and delivery partners to optimise value.
